In miles per hour/mph, the speed of light is at around 670,616,629, while in kilometers per hour, light travels at 1,079,252,848. The speed of sound travels at around 343 m/s, while the speed of light travels at 299,792,458 m/s. With our current understanding of motion, it seems that the speed of light is the highest of all, being 874,030 times faster than the speed of sound.
